Refund policy

We want you to love your Heavy Ink Studio order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them.

To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, since we can't refund items that don't arrive.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds can take a few business days to show up, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of purchase with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.

Custom business apparel orders are made to your specifications and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or printed incorrectly.
